COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate situation that your stay with us needs to be cut short due to Government border changes related to Covid-19, you will only be required to pay for accommodation charges up to and including the night of the date you cancel – with the remainder of your stay being cancelled at no additional cost.

In the unfortunate situation that your are unable to make it to Whitianga to begin your stay, you will be issued a full refund for your booked stay. If your travel plans have been interrupted due to COVID-19, whether it be a new alert level, border restrictions or the need to quarantine/isolate, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange your cancellation or book you in at another date.

If you are looking at a new date where there is a change in pricing, please give us a call to discuss the possibility or price matching your original booking.
